Our next REFRESH event will be taking place on Saturday 27th November at the DMC from 7-9pm.
This year we are limiting places so that the event feels comfortable for people in the current covid climate. Places will be limited to 30 people. You will need to book online to book your place in advance so please sign up here or email Rachel or Susie if you need assistance.
With the climate being a real focus at the moment and a really important issue to us as Christians we would also like to make it as environmentally friendly as possible so please do bring along any metal rings and wire you have from previous years. Don't worry if you haven't got any as we'll have some supplies available for anyone that needs them!
We will not be purchasing any extra decorations such as baubles and embellishments this year for the same reason but please do feel free to bring your own from home to use on your wreath. The organising team will have some bits and pieces available including ribbons which we are recycling from previous years and our own supplies at home!
There will be a suggested donation of £5 for the evening to help cover the costs of hiring the building and festive refreshments.
For those new to church REFRESH is a place for the women of the church to come together, over brunch & tea parties, salsa dancing & countryside walks, craft evenings & games nights. Meeting roughly once a month, REFRESH is open for all the women of the church & their friends to have fun together, share life together & we hope, come away feeling refreshed!
