We love working with other churches and groups to show God’s love to people and to serve our community. We believe in partnership, in particular we are committed to these groupings:
Oxfordshire Community Churches (occ.org.uk)
The King’s Church is part of Oxfordshire Community Churches; more than 15 churches working together across the county. OCC amongst other activities owns a large venue in Oxford – The King’s Centre (kingscentre.co.uk) – and runs the The King’s School in Witney (tkswitney.org.uk).
OpenGate Churches (opengatecc.net)
OpenGate is the southern region of Oxfordshire Community Churches, covering Abingdon Community Church, Wantage Community Church, Henley Baptist Church, Swindon Community Church and The King’s Church. We meet together as regional team regularly and work together on prayer, training, reaching out and worship.
Churches Together in Didcot and District (ctdd.org.uk )
God has blessed Didcot with many great churches. We are part of CTDD and love working and praying for God’s kingdom to grow across the town.
Salt and Light Ministries (saltlight.org)
The King’s Church is part of Salt and Light Ministries, an international family of churches. We join with other Salt and Light UK churches for Transform, our summer Bible camp.
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) (capuk.org)
The King's Church is a CAP partner church and supports the Didcot and Wallingford Area CAP Debt Centre, in partnership with Didcot Baptist Church, Ridgeway Community Church, Harwell and Chilton Churches, Wallingford Baptist Church, and St Mary's, Cholsey.
Evangelical Alliance (eauk.org)
The King’s Church is a member of the EA, an umbrella group bringing together evangelicals from across the UK churches.
We support Bible translation and church planting in Nigeria, through CAPRO. In particular, the translation of the New Testament into Cicipu.
